Surrey County Council is working on a grant programme on behalf of National Highways.
The A3 Ev grant offers businesses up to £10,000 to upgrade their diesel van to fully electric.
To be eligible the business needs to drive on the A3 by Guildford (between A31 junction and Woodbridge junction) at least 3 times a week
