In addition to the church graveyard at St. Mary’s Church the village has a separate public cemetery, Chiddingfold Village Cemetery.
Chiddingfold Village Cemetery is situated behind St Teresa of Avila’s Church on land donated to the Village in perpetuity, by the Diocese of Arundel and Brighton. Although situated behind the Church, the Cemetery has no direct affiliation with any of the Village Churches. The Cemetery is owned and managed by Chiddingfold Village Cemetery Ltd.
It is available to villagers, past and present, to those who have a relevant connection with the village, and to those who have died in Chiddingfold.
