The Local Government Boundary Commission for England are undertaking a review ahead of recommending new electoral arrangements for Waverley Borough Council.
The review will propose:
• the total number of councillors elected to the council in the future;
• the number of wards;
• the number of councillors representing each wards;
• ward boundaries; and
• the names of wards.
The commission has said it is minded to recommend that 50 councillors should be elected to Waverley Borough Council in the future; 7 fewer than the current number of councillors.

The Commission is undertaking a 10 week consultation into new Council Wards and Ward boundaries. Comments should be made by 19 July.
