The Parish Council has responsibility for the areas of The Village Green, Coxcombe  Lane Recreation Ground (but not the Playground, this is the responsibility of Waverley Borough Council) and Combe Common Recreation Ground, please email the Clerk in relation to issues on these sites (save public waste bins).

Other issues maybe the responsibility of the Borough or County Authority or Utility Companies or private landowners.  Below are links to how to report commonly occurring issues.

Rough Sleeper Concerns  make a Streetlink referral either online at www.streetlink.org.uk or call 0300 500 0914.  These details will then be passed to Waverley BC’s Rough Sleeper Support Worker who will visit the person to offer support.

Power cuts and network damage can be reported by dialing 105 or 0800 3163 105

 

ROADWORKS

Utility companies, such as Thames Water, BT and British Gas etc, are responsible for their own roadworks and equipment. Information on roadworks in Surrey including who is responsible for them and contacts for utilities roadworks is available online.
