Just announced – many more areas, including Waverley to go into Tier 4 from Boxing Day

From 26th December Waverley, along with neighbouring Hampshire (except the New Forest) and Sussex, will join the rest of Surrey in Tier 4. The areas entering tier four also include Oxfordshire, Suffolk, Norfolk and Cambridgeshire. A number of other areas are also moving into higher Tiers across the country.

The changes follow rates of infection continuing to increase and a second variant of the virus having been confirmed in the UK.
